Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to Continental Logistics, 5 - 4948 126 Ave SE.
For the purpose of the GDPR, the Company is the Data Controller.
Consumer, for the purpose of the CCPA/CPRA, means a natural person who is a California resident. A resident, as defined in the law, includes (1) every individual who is in the USA for other than a temporary or transitory purpose, and (2) every individual who is domiciled in the USA who is outside the USA for a temporary or transitory purpose.

The Company is the Data Controller of Your Personal Data collected while using the Service. As operator of the Facebook Fan Page https://www.facebook.com/continentalcanada, the Company and the operator of the social network Facebook are Joint Controllers.

Facebook Insights

We use the Facebook Insights function in connection with the operation of the Facebook Fan Page and on the basis of the GDPR, in order to obtain anonymized statistical data about Our users.

For this purpose, Facebook places a Cookie on the device of the user visiting Our Facebook Fan Page. Each Cookie contains a unique identifier code and remains active for a period of two years, except when it is deleted before the end of this period.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors under the age of 16 through our Service, although certain third party websites that we link to may do so.
